1. Return Conditions
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Candles must be intact and unlit.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products that are no longer in their original packaging.
2. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via our contact form on the site to let us know of your intention to return an item.
- Provide the following information in your message:
- Order number.
- First and last name.
- The item you wish to return.
- Reason for the return.
- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the instructions and the address for returning the item.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is damaged or defective.
3. Refund
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is accepted, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 to 14 days.
If the product is damaged or not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we encourage you to make a return for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately via our contact form, providing photos of the damaged product as well as your order number. We will process your request promptly and, if necessary, send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Products on sale or discounted are not eligible for a return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
